Salt cellar


From Georgann:    There it is!  My new salt cellar.  Pretty cool.

Actually I received two salt cellars for Christmas.  One from Mary and one from Brad and Kathryn.  The one pictured above is from B & K.  

I was making homemade enchilada sauce for some pulled pork enchiladas.  The recipe said "add salt and pepper to taste".  And voilà!  I took a pinch of salt and lightly sprinkled it in to the pot.  I was in control of the salt and knew how much I was adding - unlike using a salt shaker. I love it!
