Another First for Hope

Today we gave Hope rice cereal for the first time. She took to it really well. 

Don't be fooled. This smile is Hope looking past the spoon to her doting daddy. 

I was kind of dragging my feet on starting this. The doctor gave us the green light at her 4 month appointment a month ago. It's a bit of a hassle - one more thing to think about, clean up, pump milk for, etc. But it was fun to feed her tonight while we were eating supper. She's growing up right before our eyes! What a sweetheart.
